Freelancing 4 week project
Refine the Nutrition Solutions website to enhance users' comprehension of the company’s services, and ease of navigation across sections, and elevate user interface engagement.
Identifying current website pain points and substituting them with new ideas
To further define users’ actions, we created user flows for different features to gain a better understanding of how users will use it.
I conducted two rounds of concept testing. The initial round aimed to identify pain points with the client, while the second round focused on gathering feedback from the target user group. Mockups were printed out and participants were asked to annotate the pages. The sticky notes featured in this section highlight the most commonly mentioned pain points from the testing sessions.

As this is my first experience designing with WIX Editor, extensive research was necessary to explore methods for implementing my designs. Four distinct sections of the design that would enhance engagement seamlessly interacted with the elements available within WIX.
TAKE ACTION
Including a "Take Action" section on a homepage is vital as it guides users on what steps to take next, enhancing their experience and directing engagement. This section typically features calls-to-
action that prompt specific actions, ultimately driving conversions and achieving business goals.
PACKAGE BLOCKS
Displaying clear package blocks efficiently communicates services, aiding visitors in quickly understanding what the client offers. This approach enhances user experience, facilitates decision-making, and conveys professionalism, ultimately increasing trust and potentially leading to higher conversion rates.
CALENDAR & SPOTLIGHT
Adding a calendar view to a website is helpful for users because it provides a comprehensive overview of upcoming events or activities, allowing them to plan and schedule accordingly. Additionally, including an event spotlight draws attention to key events or promotions, increasing engagement and encouraging participation.
